OUR END OF LEASE CLEANING CHECKLIST

We follow a detailed checklist to help you pass your inspection and get your full bond back.

BEDROOMS. LIVING, COMMON AREAS

✔ Remove Internal cobwebs
✔ Clean interior windows, window seals, and tracks
✔ Clean mirrors and glass surfaces
✔ Wipe fixtures, frames, ledges, and seals
✔ Clean doors, door frames, handles, power points & light switches
✔ Dust Light Cover From Outside (Removing light covers will incur extra charges )
✔ Clean cupboards, wardrobes/closets (inside & outside)
✔ Dust/wipe skirting boards and staircase
✔ Vacuum and mop all hard floors; vacuum carpets (steam on request)
✔ External window glass cleaning upon request (additional charges will apply)

  • Wardrobe tracks & runners included. High-access areas above 2.4 m subject to safety limits.
  • Sticky Cabinets, Sticky Tracks, Pet Fur Vaccum in Bedroom & Sticky Tape Removal Will Incur Extra Charges.
  • Dust & Wet Wipe Ceiling Fan will Incur Extra Charge.

KITCHEN

✔ Clean benchtops & splashbacks
✔ Clean sink & tapware
✔ General exterior wipe of all appliances (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher)
✔ General interior wipe of oven, door glass & racks
✔ Clean range hood & filters
✔ Clean stovetop/cooktop (incl. burners where applicable)
✔ Clean cabinets & drawers (inside & outside)
✔ Vacuum and mop floors

  • Limescale treated where accessible. If the kitchen is heavily covered with grease/oil, extra charges will apply for extensive kitchen cleaning.  Sticky Kitchen Cabinet, Cupboards & Tracks Will Incur Extra Charges.

BATHROOM & LAUNDRY

✔ Clean showers, bathtubs
✔ Deep clean toilets and bases; disinfect
✔ Clean vanities, basins & tapware.
✔ Clean mirrors & shower screens & shine metal fixtures
✔ Clean cabinets/drawers inside & outside
✔ Clean light covers; wipe switches & door hardware
✔ Remove dust & lint (incl. laundry) & clean dryer filter
✔ Vacuum and mop floors
✔ Vent & exhaust fan dust removal

  • Limescale removal performed where accessible. Heavy soap scum on shower screens may incur extra charges.  included.

HALLWAY & ENTRANCE

✔ Remove cobwebs
✔ Wipe skirtings, handrails & high-touch points
✔ Clean interior windows, sills & tracks
✔ Vacuum and mop floors

  • : Includes interior side of entry door frame & handle. Extra cabinets, sticky skirting boards, extra glasses/ panels will Incur extra charges

BALCONY / OUTDOOR (ADD-0N)

✔ Remove cobwebs (where safe)
✔ Vacuum/Sweep & Mop the Floor
✔ Clean internal glass; wipe sliding doors & rails/tracks
✔ Clean light cover (where accessible)
✔ External window glass cleaning upon request (extra cost)

  • High-pressure cleaning is available as an optional add-on service. Please note that only one balcony sliding door is included in the standard service. Any additional exterior glass, including balcony railing glass panels, will incur extra charges.

CARSPACE & GARAGE (ADD - ON)

✔ Remove cobwebs
✔ Sweep floors
✔ Oil spills incur additional charges
✔ Clean light cover (where accessible)

  • High-pressure cleaning is available as an optional add-on service.

Service Notes & Extras

Price includes warranted cleaning of listed areas and is estimated based on average conditions. Extreme Filt or heavy soiling will incur additional hourly rate subject to on-site inspection.

Our Exclusion List

To ensure safety, fairness, and compliance with WH&S and industry standards, the following tasks are not included in our standard End of Lease Cleaning service. Some items may be available as optional extras upon request, subject to inspection and additional charges.

💡 Lighting & Fixtures

  • Chandeliers and delicate light fixtures

  • Light bulb replacement

  • Ceiling fans

🪟 Windows, Screens & Vents

  • Fly screen cleaning (available upon request at extra cost)

  • AC vents, air-conditioning units and filters

⚠️ Hazardous or High-Risk Tasks

For safety and liability reasons, we do not perform:

  • Biohazard cleaning (blood, faeces, excessive mould, contamination)

  • Fireplace cleaning

  • Any task that may cause damage to the property

  • High-reach areas beyond safe access (above approx. 2.4m or areas not reachable with a small step ladder)

🧼 Specialised Cleaning Not Included

The following require specialised equipment, restoration work, or third-party services and are not part of standard cleaning:

  • Grout and silicone restoration or remediation

  • Removal of hard mineral deposits (toilet bowl stains, limescale, hard water marks)

  • Major mould treatment (available upon request at additional cost)

  • Odour removal or deodorisation treatment (including pet odour)

  • Removal of pet hair deeply embedded in carpet fibres

  • Carpet stain removal requiring specialised professional or truck-mount equipment

  • We do not guarantee stain removal (including carpet, grout, or silicone staining). $40 Per Room Carpet Cleaning is for General Steam Cleaning Only, Deep Cleaning of Carpets Will Incur Extra Charges

📌 Furniture, Appliances & General Limitations

  • Moving or rearranging heavy furniture or appliances

  • Cleaning under or behind heavy appliances or large furniture

  • Cleaning picture rails, stickers, adhesive hooks, or residue removal

  • Washing dishes, organising kitchenware, or putting away items

  • Rubbish bin cleaning

Important Note

Due to Work Health & Safety (WH&S) regulations, liability risks, and property protection, certain tasks listed above cannot be performed. Optional services, where available, may incur additional charges and are subject to inspection and safety approval.
